We call administration as a service! The one who rules should solve the problems of the people. He should be capable of reaching the people before people approach him with problems. We need leaders to inspire us, to give us a winning kick! To achieve this we need able administrators! For this reason, we call administration as a service. Have a look at the recent news papers… Whenever a government completes hundred days or one year or so, we can see the advertisements or the list of achievements of the government being displayed. With unbelievable figure of speech, a simple report of a survey or a draft sketch of a road to be constructed will be described as if they are going to purchase another planet! OMG! Is this an administration or a business??? Business needs advertisements because there’s a fear of competition from the contenders.
